Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and opportunities, and supporting our Head of Growth & Sales in achieving revenue targets.
Some of your daily work will consist of:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking events.
- Qualify and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
- Assist Head of Growth & Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to support sales efforts.
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote Open Payments and generate new business opportunities.
Your experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in B2B, SaaS, or ERP, ideally within Fintech, Technology, or Financial Services, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals
Who you are:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Speaking Norwegian, Finnish or Danish is a big plus.
